Materials in this collection consist of correspondence, programs, maps, reports, plans for campus growth, and architectural drawings of campus buildings. Subjects include erection, renovation, and maintenance of campus buildings and long-term goals for the campus physical plant. Further information can be found in each series description.

The Bulletins vary widely in content and format through the years, but usually include information on new faculty and new buildings and provide an historical and financial overview of the college. Each Campus Directory lists student, faculty, and administration telephone numbers, as well as general office, department, and campus building telephone numbers. This collection contains material created by North Central College’s student organizations. This includes meeting minutes, event fliers, and other promotional materials, and account books. Once an organization's material donations reach a certain level (enough to support a full document box), they are split off from the overarching Campus Organization Subject files collection and given a resource of their own.

This collection of approximately 4,000 color slides consists of images taken by Professor Robert Shoemaker from 1970 through 1989. These slides almost entirely feature Naperville, including various activities, buildings, seasons, and areas of the city. Examples include Last Fling parades, the Sesquicentennial celebration (1981), the 1978 blizzard, private homes, and street scenes.
